Egg omelette

My simple method of making a fabulous omelette!

Ingredients

  • 2 free range eggs
  • 3 small mushroom (optional)
  • Fresh coriander
  • small sausages (or big ones chopped up)
  • salt and pepper
  • oil
  • Fresh 1/4 red onion

Cooking Tools Required:

  • Frying pan
  • Spatula
  • Serving saucer
  • Fork
  • Large bowl
  • chopping board
  • sharp knife

How to make a great tasting omelette

  1. First you put the eggs in the bowl and start whisking with the fork, after about 30 seconds of whisking, add in some chopped onions and chopped sausage (about 1.5 millimetres
  2. Mix them together then add in some sliced coriander and sliced mushrooms. Mix then add the seasonings.
  3. Put your lovely mixture onto a medium-heat pan with a little bit of oil and cover with a lid
  4. Wait about 3-5 minutes, then flip
